This 51 year-old female was unhappy with the appearance of her face and brow. Being very athletic, the additional loss of natural fat was very troubling to her. Restoration of this fat volume was performed with precise fat transfer to the cheeks, jowls and facial folds. Another beautiful example of my Define lift. You can see the natural elevation of her brows giving her some upper eyelid show without needing a blepharoplasty. Her jawline and her cheeks are elevated due to my extended deep facelift, as well as judicious fat grafting to the midface. Her neck is clean and crisp. This is due to my deep neck lift which I adjusted the glands to tighten the muscles of the platysma, she is in her late 40s or early 50s and this is the perfect time for an intervention because her collagen and elastin are still good. She still looks amazing and the lift will be durable and last for several years. This is the defined lift difference subtle but substantial.
