She displayed some mild asymmetry in terms of volume with the left breast being slightly larger (very common). She underwent an endoscopic trans-axillary breast augmentation with smooth silicone moderate plus profile implants (275cc on right, 255 cc on left). This approach (trans-axillary) was performed to avoid any scars on the breast, and is the preferred method of breast augmentation.
