	34 year old female who developed sagging to her breast and volume loss following pregnancy. She underwent a breast lift as well as breast augmentation. 325cc saline filled implants were placed under the muscle to increase her bra size from a 34B to a 34C.

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).

Aumentation Mastopexy Revision

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

She had280cc smooth, round, silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her symmetry was improved by removing 83 grams form her right and 157 grams from her left of saggy tissue with the breast lift.

5'3 and 130 lbs at start of surgery. This patient had 375 cc moderate plus breast implants plus breast lift, as well as lipo abodmen, back, flanks and fat graft to buttocks.

The patient lost over a 100 lbs. She came in for a mommy makeover (breast lift/augmentation and tummy tuck). She also had some asymmetry between her two breasts. She had the breast lift done to give her a more youthful shape and a round silicone implant placed to give her the fullness she lost secondary to her weight loss.
