She chose to proceed with submuscular silicone implants, a breast lift, and an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. Her results look great with nice shape and symmetry of the breasts, and she is extremely happy with her results.  She is featured before and three months afterwards.

She was concerned about the loose skin and stretch marks. She has 3 children. Her preoperative height was 5 feet and 1 inch and her weight was 167 lbs. Her weight at the time of the photo was 158 lbs. No liposuction was done at this stage.

Patient is 5'3 and 132 pounds.  Mommy makeover procedure included a full tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair.  Saline breast implants filled to 325 cc's placed under the muscle with a small armpit incision.
