This wonderful patient lost volume in her breasts after weight loss and wished to regain her confidence. We decided to perform a mastopexy with implants. This patient underwent a breast Augmentation with 375cc Silicone Implants and a vertical lift

Breast lift with implants... also had an extra nipple removed from under the left breast.

This 43 year old female was treated with a sub-muscular Inspira SSF 365 implant as well as a breast lift.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
