This patient is a 29-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient wanted to be a modest C-cup. During surgery I placed Sientra smooth, round, moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscle via inframammary incisions. On the left side, the implant was 300cc and on the right side, the implant was 320cc due to a preoperative asymmetry. After surgery the patient recovered well.

This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). Patient is 5'7 and 130 pounds. Mentor smooth round moderate profile saline implants filled to 375 using an armpit incision.

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.
