    This is a 49 year old woman who was experiencing neck and back pain from heavy breasts and was also uncomfortable trying to exercise. She had lost approximately 25 lbs but that did not give her any relief.  She elected to have a tummy tuck and liposuction of the flank area and a breast reduction
