This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

This 36 year old mother of 5 had a submuscular breast augmentation using Allergan Inspira SSF 385cc implants.

This woman in her early forties had been suffering from the major symptoms of macromastia (large breasts) and wanted to alleviate pain and difficulties through getting a breast reduction from a DD cup to as small as reasonably possible. Dr. Howell performed her surgery, and she has been extremely happy with her results.  These photos show her before and 3 months afterwards.

This 24-year-old woman wanted to transform her 32A-cup bra size into a C cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation surgery. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an oversized appearance.Given how thin this patient was, I recommended using silicone implants for the most natural look. During her surgery I tried a few different sizes, but felt that the 275cc Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants looked the best and could give her the natural-looking increase she wanted. The implants were inserted through an upper areolar incision and placed underneath the chest muscles to help ensure a natural, aesthetically pleasing look.This woman recovered very well from her breast augmentation surgery, with very little discomfort or swelling. She is very pleased with the results of her surgery and feels that her new breasts flatter her petite frame beautifully.

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.
