This wonderful patient lost volume in her breasts after weight loss and wished to regain her confidence. We decided to perform a mastopexy with implants. This combines a breast lift, which addresses the sagging, with an augmentation, which addresses the volume and projection. We used silicone implants placed under the muscle.

This 43 year old female was treated with a sub-muscular Inspira SSF 365 implant as well as a breast lift.

37-year-old female that desired fuller and symmetrical breasts. She elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and peri-areolar mastopexy. She decided on Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 415cc silicone implants.

Breast lift with implants... also had an extra nipple removed from under the left breast.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).
