She had280cc smooth, round, silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her symmetry was improved by removing 83 grams form her right and 157 grams from her left of saggy tissue with the breast lift.

63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants

31-year-old female that was concerned about breast drooping and loss of volume. Following a detailed discussion of her options she elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and mastopexy. She chose Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 325cc silicone breast implants.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

She switched her saline implants to smooth round silicone implants (which will give her a softer more natural feel to her breasts). She also had a full lift to shape and lift the breasts into a more youthful appearance. The combination of the implant exchange and mastopexy gives her a youthful aesthetic appearance to her breasts.
