This female patient in their 40s was not happy with their saggy, droopy breasts after their weight loss. So, Dr. Katzen performed a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants and an Anchor T Breast Lift to restore the shape and volume of their breasts.

This 38 year old female patient initially 291 pounds, but was able to lose 176 pounds with a Fobi pouch gastric bypass! They presented to Dr. Katzen about 18 months after their Fobi pouch gastric bypass and 6 months of a stable weight.Stage one of the surgery included Dr. Katzens signature 360 circumferential lower body lift - which includes a tummy tuck, pubic lift/reduction, hip lift/reduction, and buttock lift/reduction. Dr. Katzen was also able to perform a vertical medial longitudinal thigh lift/reduction, including thigh liposuction, during stage one. About one month after the patients first stage, they underwent stage two of their surgery.
