This mom of two in her late thirties came in to see Dr. Layliev for an evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had always felt flat-chested and desired a natural look to her augmented breasts. Dr. Layliev performed a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone 375cc implants, in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour (with a private nurse by her side). Her short scars are in the folds under the breasts. She is extremely pleased with her augmentation and went to work 2 days after her procedure.

23 Year old Breast Augmentation

Patient had 450cc Soft Touch implants placed in each breast. Patient has had one child. She went from a 32 A - 32 DDD in bra size.

This young woman desired more fullness and chose 350 cc moderate plus profile smooth silicone gummy bear implants. Here she is 1 month postoperative. Implants will continue to settle over the next several months.

This patient presented with several concerns, including breast asymmetry, with one breast larger than the other, and a desire for smaller implants. She also expressed frustration with persistent weight retention in the mid to lower abdomen. Her preoperative diagnosis included excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis, flank and trunk lipodystrophy, aging breast implants, breast hypoplasia, and breast asymmetry. After a thorough consultation and evaluation, Dr. Delatte proceeded with a comprehensive surgical plan that included a full abdominoplasty, bilateral breast implant exchange, trunk and flank liposuction, and combined fat removal from the axilla.The breast implants were exchanged for saline implants, with 325cc placed in the left breast and 300cc in the right breast to address asymmetry and achieve a more balanced, natural appearance. To improve the abdominal contour, a full abdominoplasty was performed to remove excess skin, tighten the abdominal muscles, and correct the rectus diastasis. Liposuction was performed to address localized fat deposits, removing 1150cc of fat from the left flank and back, 1200cc from the right flank and back, and 1050cc from the abdomen. An additional 350cc of fat was removed from the axillary region to create a smoother, more defined overall contour.

She has a 600 cc Moderate Plus Mentor Saline Implant on the right which is filled to 675 ccs and a 550cc Moderate Plus Mentor Saline Implant on the left which is filled to 635 ccs.

Patient is 4'9 and 95 pounds.  Mentor smooth round moderate plus saline implants filled to 360 cc, placed under the muscle using the armpit incision.

375 cc Smooth round high profile implants with circumareolar mastopexy and liposuction to axillae

This patient desired a significant volume enhancement and requested upper pole fullness. We performed 3D imaging to help determine her perfect size. She decided on a 400 cc smooth gummy bear silicone implants, which were inserted through a trans-axillary endoscopic approach (hidden scars in the arm-pit). Here she is at 8 weeks post op.

This 35-year-old patient sought a mommy makeover to enhance her abdominal contours and restore fullness to her breasts. Her evaluation showed flank lipodystrophy, excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis (abdominal muscle separation), and mild breast asymmetry, with her left breast being slightly larger than the right.Dr. Delatte performed a full abdominoplasty and liposuction on the flanks and abdomen to refine her waistline and tighten her core. Liposuction removed 650cc from the left flank, 700cc from the right flank, and 900cc from the abdomen, achieving a smooth, contoured appearance. For her breast enhancement, Dr. Delatte used Allergan silicone implants, placing 325cc on the left and 345cc on the right to address her asymmetry while enhancing volume.
