This female patient in their 40s was not happy with their saggy, droopy breasts after their weight loss. So, Dr. Katzen performed a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants and an Anchor T Breast Lift to restore the shape and volume of their breasts.

This 37 year old patient complained of breast ptosis, or breast droop, and a history of weight fluctuations.  She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts pre-operatively and wished for a lifted and enhanced bust line. Vertical Mastopexy with subglandular cohesive gel implants.

Our patient is 46 year old woman who is 6 months out from Bilateral Breast Implant Removal (Explant) with Total Capsulectomy and Re-do of her Vertical Pattern -Lollipop- Breast Lift. She had 225cc smooth silicone implants placed underneath the muscle. She was suffering from chronic fatigue and brain fog that made her depressed for which her doctors placed her on prescription antidepressants. We are happy to report that she has discontinued her medication and feels like a new person. Her scars are continuing to fade and soften which we expect to take 1- 1.5 years given her skin type.

This 38 year old female patient initially 291 pounds, but was able to lose 176 pounds with a Fobi pouch gastric bypass! They presented to Dr. Katzen about 18 months after their Fobi pouch gastric bypass and 6 months of a stable weight.Stage one of the surgery included Dr. Katzens signature 360 circumferential lower body lift - which includes a tummy tuck, pubic lift/reduction, hip lift/reduction, and buttock lift/reduction. Dr. Katzen was also able to perform a vertical medial longitudinal thigh lift/reduction, including thigh liposuction, during stage one. About one month after the patients first stage, they underwent stage two of their surgery. Stage two surgery included an anchor mastopexy (breast lift), breast augmentation with silicone implants, and a longitudinal arm lift/reduction. The patient wore their garments for six weeks after their surgery and applied silicone gel and strips to all of their scars. These pictures were taken approximately four months after their stage two surgery.

This patient lost greater than 180 lbs and consequently developed severe breast sag (ptosis) and loss of volume. She underwent a classic anchor breast lift (mastopexy) with inetrnal tightening via laser and placement of silicone implants under the muscle (subpectoral).

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).
