38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
