This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). Breast augmentation can give women with small or unevenly sized breasts a fuller, firmer, better-proportioned look through the placement of implants.
