This patient had pseudoptosis or a lot of droop of the inferior skin envelope despite adequate position of the areolae (pigmented portions of the breasts). The patient selected 450 ml saline implants placed submuscularly for her breast enhancement surgery. Note the postoperative image. No scars on the breast. This breast enlargement procedure was done through the belly button (transumbilical breast augmentation (TUBA)). No visible scars anywhere. An improvement in symmetry and breast fullness.
