Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable. The patient wanted to decrease the size of her breast implants and improve the overall shape and size of her breasts. She switched her saline implants to smooth round silicone implants (which will give her a softer more natural feel to her breasts). She also had a full lift to shape and lift the breasts into a more youthful appearance. The combination of the implant exchange and mastopexy gives her a youthful aesthetic appearance to her breasts.
