Augmentation Mastopexy

Asian Breast Lift/Implant patient , Silicone implants, 425cc, high profile placed underneath the muscle with a lift of the breast tissues via a vertical pattern mastopexy.

This wonderful patient lost volume in her breasts after weight loss and wished to regain her confidence. We decided to perform a mastopexy with implants. This combines a breast lift, which addresses the sagging, with an augmentation, which addresses the volume and projection. We used silicone implants placed under the muscle.

Woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants. Patient had children and underwent breastfeeding and aging which affected her breast shape.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).
