32 year old woman treated with Breast Augmentation using teardrop-shaped implants placed above the muscle. She wanted fuller-looking breasts after having changes from breastfeeding. Post-op, the procedure allowed her of the large, busty look she desired while still keeping a soft taper at the upper edge of her breasts.

This woman in her early forties had been suffering from the major symptoms of macromastia (large breasts) and wanted to alleviate pain and difficulties through getting a breast reduction from a DD cup to as small as reasonably possible. Dr. Howell performed her surgery, and she has been extremely happy with her results.  These photos show her before and 3 months afterwards.

Patient underwent breast augmentation

This 35-year-old patient sought a mommy makeover to enhance her abdominal contours and restore fullness to her breasts. Her evaluation showed flank lipodystrophy, excess abdominal skin, rectus diastasis (abdominal muscle separation), and mild breast asymmetry, with her left breast being slightly larger than the right.Dr. Delatte performed a full abdominoplasty and liposuction on the flanks and abdomen to refine her waistline and tighten her core. Liposuction removed 650cc from the left flank, 700cc from the right flank, and 900cc from the abdomen, achieving a smooth, contoured appearance. For her breast enhancement, Dr. Delatte used Allergan silicone implants, placing 325cc on the left and 345cc on the right to address her asymmetry while enhancing volume.
