This beautiful 34-year-old trans patient want to continue her journey with me and requested a Sigalift. Being that this muscle sparing minimally invasive breast augmentation is perfect for my transgender patients, I recommended that she undergo surgery with implants in the 350-400cc range making sure to incorporate her breast width in the ultimate implant selection to ensure a beautiful and proportionate outcome. During her surgery, I tried on several sizers and ultimately went with 380cc Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ Smooth Round Silicone Gel breast implants with Galaflex for lower pole support. Her result came out better than I ever could have anticipated, and she is beyond ecstatic with her new breasts.

This incredible transgender patient of mine came all the way across the country from the east coast to undergo a Sigalift. Being incredibly active in sports, fitness, and being transgender, I knew that a Sigalift subfascial breast augmentation would provide her with both the functional and aesthetic result she was looking for. It is incredibly important to ensure that the implants width will provide the appropriate post operative cleavage and, in this case, we both decided that she would be well served with implants in at least the 500cc range using moderate profile plus for improved upper pole fullness and cleavage. During her surgery, I created the subfascial pocket and was very meticulous when dissecting the medial cleavage. I tried on multiple sizers and given her mild preoperative asymmetry, placed a 525cc Sientra Moderate Profile Plus HSC+ Smooth Round Silicone Gel Breast Implant on the right and a 540cc Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ Smooth Round Silicone Gel Breast Implant on the left. Her results exceeded both of our expectations and she is elated with her results.

This is a 38 year old transgender patient who wished to continue her journey with a Sigalift. She wanted to be full with good fullness in the upper poles and cleavage and we decided that she would achieve her goals with use of moderate projection implants in the 400xx range. During her surgery, I tried on multiple sizers and ultimately, used a 440cc Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ Smooth Round Silicone Gel Breast Implant on the right and a Sientra 470cc Moderate Profile HSC+ Smooth Round Silicone Gel Breast Implant on the left both with Galaflex LITE with lower pole support. She did exceptionally well and is so pleased with her new look.
