Demonstrating beautiful results of lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition - instead of just removing the fat which is typically performed in a lower eyelid blepharoplasty procedure, a specialized technique called fat transposition can be performed with the fat is actually moved down into the tear trough at the time of surgery. This creates the most beautiful result and minimizes the chance of appearing "hollowed" or sunken in the future with future fat loss we experience with the aging process.
