Breast Mastopexy (Lift) with Augmentation

This is a 36 year old (5'4", 112 lbs) mother of four who, following multiple pregnancies, had lost volume in her breasts with accompanying glandular ptosis (drooping). This was corrected with a augmentation mastopexy. Implant type used was a smooth saline prosthesis. Two years later, the breasts have maintained an elevated and natural shape. The scars have blended in nicely.
