She was interested in lifting + repositioning the breasts, as well as restoration of more youthful fullness. This woman experience deflation, sagging, and volume loss after pregnancies. She was treated with a breast lift and implants (cohesive gel, round). This resulted in a fuller, rounder, more youthful breast shape but still natural-looking.

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.
