This is a 36 year old (5'4", 112 lbs) mother of four who, following multiple pregnancies, had lost volume in her breasts with accompanying glandular ptosis (drooping). This was corrected with an augmentation mastopexy. Implant type used was a smooth saline prosthesis. Two years later, the breasts have maintained an elevated and natural shape. The scars have blended in nicely.
