This woman lost much of her breast volume after pregnancy. In addition she is very lean, with little natural padding over top of the implants. She desired a significant increase in size but a natural appearance so it would not be obvious to others. These goals required use of a teardrop (anatomic) cohesive gel implant with careful choice of size to respect her own measurements. Now she fills out clothing much better but still has a very natural appearance without tell-tale signs of breast implants.
