This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was overall happy with her shape, but she wanted to have fuller breasts.I recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the best and most natural result. In the operating room, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants.Postoperatively, the patient did quite well and was very happy with her natural, fuller breast appearance.

Breast implants using saline filled implants (filled to 435 cc). These are style 68MP (moderate profile) natrelle implants in patient 5'7 and 110 lbs. The restoration of volume after breast feeding is one of the main reason women get breast implants after they are done having children.

27 year old female who wanted more upper breast volume and projection. She chose high profile 325 cc implants.

	Breast augmentation can give women with small or unevenly sized breasts a fuller, firmer, better-proportioned look through the placement of implants. Women may elect to undergo breast augmentation for many different medical and aesthetic reasons, including balancing breast size and compensating for reduced volume due to pregnancy or age. The procedure can be combined with a breast lift if needed for more satisfying results.

This 36 year old mother of 5 had a submuscular breast augmentation using Allergan Inspira SSF 385cc implants.

This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

	This 38 year old patient complained of inadequate breast size and fullness after pregnancy. 450 cc smooth round silicone implants were used. Due to her narrow chest wall, high profile implants were selected, resulting in an attractive and natural appearance.

	This 24 year old with very little breast tissue received 350 cc smooth round implants using a peri-areolar incision. Despite the lack of breast tissue, her result looks very natural.

This 24-year-old woman wanted to transform her 32A-cup bra size into a C cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation surgery. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an oversized appearance.Given how thin this patient was, I recommended using silicone implants for the most natural look. The implants were inserted through an upper areolar incision and placed underneath the chest muscles to help ensure a natural, aesthetically pleasing look.This woman recovered very well from her breast augmentation surgery, with very little discomfort or swelling. She is very pleased with the results of her surgery and feels that her new breasts flatter her petite frame beautifully.
