    This gentleman was very unhappy with his baggy tired-looking lower eyelids. He stated that everyone always asked him why he was so tired and sad. We agreed together to perform a lower blepharoplasty on both lower eyelids. The results are quite impressive, with his under-eye bags now removed, and his eyes looking a few decades younger.
