This 22 year old mother of two lost over 200 pounds following Bariatric surgery. She presented with severe circumferential skin laxity of the trunk, including the abdomen, hip, thigh and buttock. She underwent a circumferential rejuvenation of her trunk including abdominoplasty, lateral thigh lift, buttock lift, and minor liposuction as an outpatient. Her postoperative photos demonstrate dramatic improvement at 3 months.
