38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. 37-year-old female that desired fuller and symmetrical breasts. She elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and peri-areolar mastopexy. She decided on Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 415cc silicone implants.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.
