This wonderful patient lost volume in her breasts after weight loss and wished to regain her confidence. We decided to perform a mastopexy with implants. This combines a breast lift, which addresses the sagging, with an augmentation, which addresses the volume and projection. We used silicone implants placed under the muscle.

	34 year old female who developed sagging to her breast and volume loss following pregnancy. She underwent a breast lift as well as breast augmentation. 325cc saline filled implants were placed under the muscle to increase her bra size from a 34B to a 34C.

This 43 year old female was treated with a sub-muscular Inspira SSF 365 implant as well as a breast lift.

This patient underwent a breast Augmentation with 375cc Silicone Implants and a vertical lift

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).

63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants, shown 1 year post op. Patientwanted to be lifted as well as restoring the fullness of her upper breasts. She had280cc smooth, round, silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her symmetry was improved by removing 83 grams form her right and 157 grams from her left of saggy tissue with the breast lift.
