41-year-old patient presented unhappy with the appearance of her breast and abdomen. She underwent a mommy makeover, including a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast augmentation with lift (mastopexy), fat grafting, and liposuction for contouring with Dr. Fisher.

This lovely patient is shown 3 months post-op from mommy makeover consisting of a breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and liposuction. She came to me after hitting a plateau along her journey to a slimmer physique. Oftentimes, diet and exercise are not enough and surgery is needed to tighten muscles and remove excess skin. Her implants were smooth, round silicone and they were placed in a dual-plane to allow a small amount of lift. Here, you can see a huge transformation. Her results are exceptional because she adopted a healthy lifestyle after surgery to continue to improve upon her results.

The explantation is a surgery, mainly reconstructive, with aesthetic goals (in our patients). It allows immediate aesthetic reconstruction with the patient's own tissue. It is almost always painless, the scar is L-shaped. The cleavage area is scar-free and the aesthetic result is adequate, stable and consistent. The anatomical shape and the projection of the neckline is independent to the volume even if the tissue is too much or too little due to the BRALAN Technique.

A  290 cc   mentor high profile implant was placed on the right and filled to 330 cc with normal saline.  A 290 cc  high profile implant was placed on the left and filled to 330 cc with normal saline. Results shown are at 6 months post-op

Here are some #beforeandafter photos taken 6 weeks after her endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation with silicone implants. The surgical incisions are nicely tucked away in the armpit creases. Over time, the breast shape will appear more natural as her tight breast skin expands to accommodate the volume augmentation.
