This 43 year old female was treated with a sub-muscular Inspira SSF 365 implant as well as a breast lift.

Augmentation Mastopexy Breast lift with 375 cc high profile silicone breast implants. Significant preoperative difference between right and left side shape was improved.

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. 63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants, shown 1 year post op. Patientwanted to be lifted as well restorethe fullness of her upper breasts. She had280cc smooth, round, silicone implants placed under the muscle. Her symmetry was improved by removing 83 grams form her right and 157 grams from her left of saggy tissue with the breast lift.

63 year old woman treated with Breast Lift with Implants

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
