This woman presented with drooping of the upper eyelids, heavy under eye bags, and fullness in her chin that just bothered her! Dr Woodman listened to her concerns and provided a conservative approach that gave fantastic results. Removing excess skin from the upper eyelids, some of the excess fat that filled out the lower lid (some of us with hollow under eyes WISH we had that fat under there!), and a bit of lipo below the chin were the only incision points, with the only scar left visible being a tiny one under the chin. The laser Blepharoplasty (Upper Eyelid surgery technique we use) scar is hidden within the natural crease, the lower incision is in the lash line- you will never see it!To finish, Dr Woodman gave her an overall CO2 resurfacing refresh, and the results speak for themselves.

Dr. Wise performed Submental Liposuction on this 44-year-old patient who was looking to remove excess submental and jowl fat. 2 months post-op, she is thrilled about her defined and contoured facial profile.

Liposuction of the chin is a great solution for those who are looking to reduce submental fullness (aka double chin) and create more definition to their jaw. It is a minimally invasive procedure that involves the use of local anesthetic to numb the chin and neck area. A small incision is made underneath the chin, that allows me to insert the liposuction cannula. From there I remove the excess fat and many times incorporate Renuvion Plasma Lipo leaving patients with a tighter, more youthful chin and neck area.

This 40-year-old patient explained to Dr. Wise that she felt her eyes looked heavy and older because of the excess skin that hung below her eyebrows. She also was unhappy with the stubborn fat below her chin. Dr. Wise performed both an upper blepharoplasty and submental liposuction to resolve both of these issues. Three months post-op the patient loves her results.
