This 41 year old mother of four underwent a laparoscopic gastric bypass procedure, resulting in an 80 pound weight loss. She complained of breast ptosis, or drooping, enlarged areolas, and a lack of breast fullness. She also complained of significant excess skin and prominence throughout the abdomen.
