    This beautiful lady had a breast lift (mastopexy), and at the same time a breast augmentation with silicone cohesive gels that were high profile and 400 cc volume. These are also called gummy bear implants. She also had a tummy tuck in order to complete her "Mommy Makeover".  Her operations were 7 years ago and her results are long lasting.
