    This is a 41 year old female patient who was dissatisfied with her lower eyelids. She felt she constantly looked tired and older than her years. Dr. Stridde recommended that she undergo a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty in which excess skin and fat is removed resulting in a smoother, tighter lower eyelid area.
