She had the incision under  the natural breast fold and the implant was placed under the muscle. She was a 34A and is now a 34D. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 130 lbs. She has one child.

Patient is 5'2 and 124 pounds. Mentor smooth round moderate plus silicone implants, 325 cc placed under the muscle through an armpit incision.
