"Turkey Gobbler" Deformity Neck T-Z Plasty

67 year old male desired only correction of the "turkey neck" without a full facelift. He had a procedure called a "T-Z Plasty" performed under local anesthesia in the office. The post op photos are at 8 weeks. This procedure is only done in men because the neck skin heals so nicely in men. The scars are not noticeable looking straight on or from the side. When looking from below you can see mildly reddened thin scars but these will fade over the next several months.
