5'3 and 130 lbs at start of surgery. This patient had 375 cc moderate plus breast implants plus breast lift, as well as lipo abodmen, back, flanks and fat graft to buttocks.

The patient wanted to decrease the size of her breast implants and improve the overall shape and size of her breasts. She switched her saline implants to smooth round silicone implants (which will give her a softer more natural feel to her breasts). The combination of the implant exchange and mastopexy gives her a youthful aesthetic appearance to her breasts.

38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. 3 months after a breast lift with implants using a 415 cc silicone implant and mastopexy

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.
