Breast Augmentation and Lift

28 year old female after 3 children and breast feeding sought breast enhancement. I performed a breast augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift).  She needed additional volume on the right and more lifting with a smaller implant on the left.  I was able to achieve good symmetry to her breasts shown here at 6 months after her surgery.
