    Patient is a 26 Year old Female around 5'4" and 123lbs with a 34 C Cup Size. She has a previous Breast Augmentation by another surgeon one year prior with complaints of implant malposition, inadequate size, asymmetry and hard feeling implants. Dr. McMahan removed 400C Saline Implants and performed a Breast Re-Augmentation with Allergan Smooth, round, high profile 700cc Silicone gel implants underneath the muscle.
