Augmentation Mastopexy Breast lift with 375 cc high profile silicone breast implants. Significant preoperative difference between right and left side shape was improved.

This 45 year old woman has had 6 children that she breast fed, which has left her complaining of saggy and lopsided breasts. She also dislikes her excess bra fat. She underwent a breast lift with a reduction of the bra fat. On the left side, some of the excess bra fat was used to auto-augment that breast to improve size symmetry. At the time of surgery she weighed 194 pounds and was 5'4 tall. Her results are shown 10 months later.

Woman treated with Breast Lift for sagged breasts as a result of fluctuations in weight, pregnancy, loss of skin's natural elasticity, or simply by gravity. The breast's tissue was elevated, excess skin was removed and the nipple and areola moved to a higher position.

This patient is shown before and six months after a breast lift and abdominoplasty. She underwent a vertical limb mastopexy by using the extended lollipop incision. The abdominoplasty was a full type 4 procedure. All surgery done by Frank J. Ferraro

She initially requested implants as well, however, due to her degree of droopiness, we recommended a two-stage procedure to minimize the risk of nipple-areola necrosis. 321 grams were removed from her right breast. 329 grams were removed from her left breast.
