Hello I had my surgery 19 days ago. My drain hole still open and leaking. I believe the compression garment is not helping it to get better . I am using neosporin after shower 1x a day .. help please ! What can I do do it get better ???
Hi, im a 38 y.o. female . I had a tummy tuck July 2022 . I have been doing everthing thats has been suggested. I been in compression around the clock since the day of surgery. I had over 7 post opt massages ,using arnica gel, drink arnica tea daily, light exercise , drinking water , and pineapple juice. I blow up like a can of biscuits as soon as i take the garment off. I still have a flap of fat and love handles. Will this resolve itself or a another procedure is needed
I am getting a mommy makeover... Drainless tummy tuck, transaxillary augmentation, and inner thigh lipo. I have done a lot of research and I read a lot about compression garments. My Dr doesn't recommend wearing them with the drainless tummy tuck during the first two weeks. Thoughts? I haven't read this anywhere else. Also, the surgery time is going to be 7 hours. Is this too long? I am healthy with no underlying issues... no smoking etc. PS is board certified.
Every time I look at surgery prices I know there are other fees that are not included and items that the patient needs to buy. In order to budget myself right (since I plan to travel for my surgeries) what other costs are there for a TT, BL, or BBL? Such as massages, garments, lotions, medications, etc...etc....Any help?
I'm six weeks out from a mommy makeover (that includes Lipo 360/BBL) with a doctor who doesn't use garments/fajas or lymphatic massages for the first week post op. Why do some doctors require these asap, and others don't? Thank you!
My measurements before my tummy tuck with lipo, breast lift and implants are: hip40, waist 34.5,under Breast 33, breast37.5, above breast 34, thigh22, arm11, torso 14 What size compression garments should I get for stage 1 and stage 2 Im very confused and need help Thanks
Im 5ft5, 125lbs, 40yrs old. Im keen to get the surgery done in early Jan but have a trip planned in mid-Feb. I dont want to be stuck at an all inclusive resort in compression gear 24 7. Im open to wearing compression gear at night but would love to wear a bikini during the day. Im thin and healthy but dont want to wreck my vacation being in pain and still in major recovery mode. I will be traveling with my husband and 2 kids (ages 7 and 10). One PS thinks I will be fine .
Im going to be having a mommy make over next month and Im so so excited for this so Im just trying to get everything ready for my BIG day, I dont know if I should buy some compression socks? What should be a list of all the things Im going to need after surgery?
