Liposuction + Wrinkling Skin Q&A

Almost 10 years ago I had Liposuction to under my chin (with plays tightening), lipo on my belly and inner thighs. All of these areas have wrinkly skin now unlike the rest of my body. I'm wary of having anymore liposuction for this reason.

I had lower back liposuction before and the doctor did not remove all the fat. He said he needs to keep at least 10% so the skin doesnt wrinkle. I gained a bit of it back and doing it again and he mentioned he wont remove it all, leaving 10%. Does this makes sense? Do doctors leave some fat? I prefer it all removed

I had liposuction performed on my flanks and abdomen in 2015 by a qualified plastic surgeon. I received several opinions and a few told me I didn't need it. I wore a compression garment and did the rolling but my skin nevertheless has the appearance in the attached photos. I never had this wrinkled skin prior to the liposuction. At the time I had the liposuction I was probably 108 lbs and my weight has not really fluctuated from that. Will any procedures help smooth that out? Thank you.

Hello I got arm lipo on Jan 14 and wore my garment everyday for my 4 weeks and I get my massages but I noticed my left arm had wrinkling looking, Im not sure what it is with my arm, my massage lady said its not fibrousis

There is a wrinkling if the skin in my inner thigh an my thighs feel bigger & saggier. Is there by possibility this will improve or most likely not ?

I'm getting a BBL with arm lipo on the 17th but I'm so scared the skin of my arms will end being wrinkly and saggy. Any honest opinions? Please help! Please excuse my discolored pits :/

I had lipo on inner thighs 8 months ago. The skin now is wrinkled and looks terrible. Other than a thigh lift, is there anything I can do to tighten skin? My plastic surgeon said there would be no wrinkles and I would have a gap between thighs. Now I have gross wrinkles and no gap. I am 55 years old.

I had lipo abdomen, arms and submental. I have good skin elasticity. 9 days postop and noticing wrinkly, weird looking skin under my chin which hang down on each side. I think they removed 60-100cc from submental area. no issues so far w/skin anywhere else. MD says lumps are edema but looks too odd. Sometimes they rebound after pressure applied but sometimes pits, or holds shape when I pinch. I wear the chin strap and avoid heat and salt. Is this possibly edema or more likely extra loose skin?

At week 5 post op i don't see any improvement on armpit lipo, dr did not recommended any garment for my armpit area, was it wise to follow his advise ?i still have lots of swelling and skin looks wrinkly under my armpits, is this normal?
