Hi, Realself has been instrumental through this process so I've decided to document my upcoming surgery. Anchor Breast lift +nipple downsize+ 400cc implants. My only real concerns are to hopefully maintain breast and nipple symmetry, heal smoothly and not lose a nipple. Though I highly doubt that would happen, surgeries always carry inherent risks.
