After discovering basal cell carcinomas on my cheek and nose, I had Moh's surgery performed to remove them. Unfortunately the procedure left a 3cm x 2.7cm hole in my cheek and a 1.5cm x 1.7cm hole on my nose. These were too large for the Moh's surgeon to close, so I was referred to Dr. Leland Deane for plastic surgery reconstruction of the defect.
I was looking for a surgeon that would be able to diagnosis my eye problem and be able to complete surgery to make my eye back to the way it was before the basal cell on the lower lid. Dr. Baharestani told me I had a basal cell on my eyelid and he and his office helped me to set up an appointment to have it removed and the for Dr. Baharestani to fix the eye lid once the cancer was removed.
On 12/15/16 I had MOHS surgery to remove squamous cell carcinoma. Dr. Carina Rizzo performed the surgery and sent me to Plastic Surgeon Antonio Uria to repair the ear with a skin graft.
