A Yes, it is generally possible to have more than one breast lift, even after a previous breast reduction and lift. However, there are some important factors to consider, including blood supply & nipple sensation. Since you’ve already had a reduction and lift, the tissue and nipple area have been altered. A second lift can slightly increase the risk of compromised blood flow to the nipple-areolar complex, which could potentially cause delayed healing or, in rare cases, tissue loss. The longer it’s been since your initial surgery, the lower this risk typically becomes. Previous scars and the elasticity of your skin will impact the surgical plan. I recommend consulting an experienced plastic surgeon with experience in revision breast surgery. They can assess your specific situation, review your previous surgical records, and discuss your goals to determine if another lift is right for you. A A Wise-pattern breast lift would provide the best shape to recontour the breast, but does involve an areolar scar, vertical, and horizontal. This technique is the most reliable for achieving optimal breast elevation and shape. The vertical scar is usually well-placed and fades over time with appropriate care, including post-operative laser treatments and silicone gel sheets. It's also worth noting that many patients, including those of Indian descent, experience satisfactory results with healing scars that tend to improve as time passes. Regarding the circumareolar (donut) lift, while it can reposition the nipple and offer modest lifting, it may not provide the level of elevation you're seeking. This technique is typically less effective for more significant breast ptosis, which seems to be the case based on your photos. Additionally, RF microneedling won't likely give you enough skin tightening to achieve the desired results. For the best results, you may also want to consider a breast lift with auto-augmentation (using your own tissue for fullness) or combining a lift with implants if additional volume is desired. However, it's essential to have a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon who can assess your specific situation and discuss the potential outcomes of these procedures. Ultimately, while scars are a concern, they are part of the solution to restoring a youthful, lifted appearance to your breasts. A Many patients do see some changes in shape over the course of the first year as the tissue heals, but it's also possible that some of these issues may not resolve on their own. If you concerns are boxy appearance and an indentation along the scar, you have a few potential options. Scars typically soften and mature over time. Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon who can evaluate the boxy appearance. Sometimes this is the result of the skin pattern design and underlying parenchymal resection and modeling. In some cases, a minor revision may be necessary, which could involve additional skin removal or reshaping the breast tissue. A discussion with your primary surgeon or with a second opinion may provide a more personalized assessment. A To answer this question, it is helpful to have an in-person consult with a plastic surgeon. The exact size depends on your body frame, chest wall measurements, and tissue quality. Implant sizers or 3D can help to visualize a potential result. Implant profile, shape, type, and size will be based on your goals. We do not guarantee a cup size, but on average, a cup size will increase for every 150cc volume difference. The implant recommendation will be based on your unique anatomy.
