Amazing results! Dr. Anna is so friendly and relatable, and knows her stuff. She is definitely an expert when it comes to the Preservé method. We opted for this procedure because I did not want to go under general anesthesia. We did local numbing only, and it was so cool to be awake and talking to the surgery team the entire time. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and from the moment you have your consult, and into your follow up appointments you get the VIP treatment. Currently one week post op with no pain! I felt no pain, only a little bit of pressure, during my procedure, and recovery has been a breeze. I was up walking around NYC with my sisters that night after having my procedure. I enjoyed the rest of the week on the city with them, and had very little discomfort. I am fully back at work in my active job and have not had any trouble. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I didn’t need to buy new bathing suits and sports bras, I just fill up the cups now! I’m so happy with the small, natural look I got from my mini Motiva Ergonomix implants!

Travelling from Australia to NYC for the Preservé minimally invasive breast enhancement was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Anna and her staff are simply amazing. Dr. Anna is absolutely worth the investment as she is one of the top surgeons for breast augmentation for natural results and minimal downtime. I can confirm that both were the case for me. I went to Dr. Anna after having kids and breast feeding for 2+ years leaving me with depleted volume and working hard to get the rest of my body back to pre-kid shape. Dr. Anna Steve is truly the crowed jewel of breast augmentation! I am someone who has always been super confident, thin, and generally really happy with my body. However, after breastfeeding and pregnancy, my breasts completely deflated and I didn't recognize myself or the way my clothes fit. After researching a ton of plastic surgeons (mostly in California), I came across Dr. Anna on social media and I was completely hooked. Her gentle, kind nature coupled with her educational videos that addressed my exact problem with a minimally invasive approach seemed so perfect for me. I studied these videos and poured over her before and after photos, and just had a gut feeling that she truly understood the nuances of what an elegant, natural breast augmentation looked like. From helping with the hotel stay, to answering countless questions, to visiting me at the hotel after the procedure, I knew I was in the best hands. The anesthesiologist even called me the night before the procedure to answer any last minute questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I was in the city for a total of 72 hours and I was able to travel back home to two small kiddos and return to work. My surgery was on Wednesday and I was back in time to start a new remote job on Monday. I opted for the Preservé method, which meant the procedure was less invasive and recovery was so much faster than a traditional breast augmentation. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Anna enough. She NAILED the natural look. My results are so elegant, the cleavage is literally perfect, the size matches my small frame, and they are completely undetectable. Before meeting Dr. Anna, I was scared to get a breast augmentation because I worried that someone would give me far apart cleavage, which would be a dead giveaway that I had my boobs done, and she completely eliminated that fear (I got a fat transfer to help achieve custom, natural-looking cleavage). Who else can say they have custom cleavage? Amazing.
