I went to the Mount Sinai Hospital and the residents were willing to do my rhinoplasty in May for about $2,900 but he told me they would have to use my rib. I then went to another prominent surgeon for a consultation but he insisted on using an implant....
The surgery will take approximately 2 hours. For the next three weeks you will be in hibernation mode. This was the most uncomfortable stage since you have to breath through your mouth and sleep with you head propped up. However after 3 or 4 weeks you should be able to return to work. You will see the final results after the 1 year mark.
