Dr. Berkowitz was a pleasure to work with. I've been struggling with hair loss for the longest time, and thought there was no hope. I feel he was very understanding, up front, explained things well. Great! Katrina is a knowledgeable and skilled PA-C/person. She has helped me with two procedures, both turned out well, and she cared about me throughout the process. The Bengston Center is a gorgeous building, easy to get to, easy and plentiful parking, and everyone greets you when you arrive. The entry and waiting room is sort of like a five-star hotel.
