Nicole Watson is the Practice Manager here at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics with over 15 years of management, leadership and coaching. Prior to accepting a Practice Management position with ZFA, Nicole spent much of her early leadership roles in the rental housing industry until 2011 when she transitioned her skills into the medical field. Nicole has years of expertise in Pain, Urology, Plastic Surgery and Spa. Nicole holds a Bachelors in Business with a focus in Marketing, and in 2016 obtained her MBA in Healthcare Administration where she readily uses her background and skill set to enhance patient experience, lead an energetic team and maintain a rewarding environment for her staff as well as her patients. When not at the office, Nicole stays busy with her toddler, and her two teenagers. She is very close with her family and enjoys spending any extra time she has with them.

In addition to Laura’s Patient Care Coordinator role, she is also a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with more than 15 years of experience. Her extensive medical background has prepared her to deliver valuable patient education and to help patients make truly informed decisions based on her direct input from Dr. Zuliani. Patients cannot help but love Laura. You will always be greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine compassion for every circumstance–it’s like talking with your best friend. With a flair for the creative, Laura also loves to dabble in creative writing and marketing. She adores her family and spends any spare time she has with them, usually traveling or cheering at one of her children’s sporting events.

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Master injector skilled in both filler and neurotoxins; as well as Kybella, threads and HRT…hint, hint something new coming soon! Nicole is confident and comfortable addressing all areas of the face and has the knowledge and skill to produce a beautiful and natural outcome. Dr. Zuliani is thrilled to have such a talent join the team, and is confident you will be happy with your results!

Shalene has a long history of beauty-focused interests, starting under the support of her mother who worked as a professional esthetician. She learned first-hand the value of taking care of your skin, and what it meant to people, either just starting out with acne, or holding back the hands of time and looking great as they age. It was clear the path she wanted to take with her career. Shalene received her BA in Communications from Oakland University in Auburn Hills, MI and her CLT certification from the National Laser Institute in Dallas, TX. She is an avid student of medical aesthetics and always learning new state-of-the art treatments to deliver the most effective outcomes for each individual patient. Shalene is passionate about her close-knit family, world travel, and adventure. She is always on-the-go and eager to try new things.

Cate is excited to be the newest member of the ZFA team. From an early age, Cate had an interest in aesthetics and the industry of beauty and health. While home from college, Cate began working at a dermatology clinic/medical spa and found her passion in the medical aesthetics industry. She officially started her journey as an aesthetician, obtaining her aestheticians license and then, her laser certification from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Cate brings her love of promoting skin health and energetic attitude to the world of medical aesthetics and the ZFA clientele.

Jakeita is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. She possesses both a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Psychology. Her nursing and psychology degrees assist her in focusing on both the physical and emotional well-being of patients. She developed a passionate interest in plastic surgery and supporting the patient in the healing journey. As a nurse, Jakeita has specialized in medical aesthetics. Prior to working at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics, she worked as an operative nurse and has lead several teams. She loves being a part of the process of helping patients become the best version of themselves. Outside of work, Jakeita enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends over brunch, and baking.

You’ll always be greeted with a smile by ZFA’s Front Desk Coordinator, Emily. Emily has worked in customer service for 10 years in both the retail and medical fields. She is authentic and bubbly and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable. She is the queen of organizing on and off the computer. Outside of the office, Emily brings her love of working with people to the yoga studio where she is a certified yoga instructor, teaching people of all ages! On her off days she enjoys going to antique fairs with her mom, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Ari is a wonderful asset to the ZFA team. Ari loves meeting new people, and her witty and friendly personality will have you feeling like she’s a friend after talking to her for the first time. Ari has worked in customer service for over 10 years in both the medical and retail fields. Ari loves the aesthetic industry and aspires to attend nursing school in hopes to one day excel as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse. When not assisting patients at the front desk at ZFA, Ari enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
